You are encouraged to complete your application with as much information as possible at the time of lodgement. Applications with missing information may take longer to finalist.

Important: We strongly recommend that clients hold a passport valid for at least six months. A tourist visa can usually be granted only to a client with a valid passport.

Location : Inside Australia
If you are in Australia and want to apply online to extend your stay for tourism purposes you will be required to meet all of the following:
** hold a valid ETA (Visitor) (subclass 976), an eVisitor (subclass 651), Tourist visa (subclass 676), or a paper lodged tourist visa granted for a stay of three months or less
** not have condition 8503 'No further stay' imposed on your current visa or have been granted an 8503 waiver
** not intend to stay more than six months from the date you last entered Australia
** meet all the eligibility criteria for this visa.

Note: If you intend to stay more than six months from the date you last entered Australia, or currently hold a visa other than those listed above, you will be required to lodge a paper application to extend your stay at any office of the department.

Location : Outside Australia
Clients eligible to apply for a e676 visa can submit an online application at any time. You can also use a registered travel agent, airline service or specialist provider to lodge an online application on your behalf.
