Applications in prescribed form are invited from the eligible candidates of the State of Odisha /NRI for admission into
1. B.Sc. (Ag)
2. B.Sc. (Hort.)
3. B.V.Sc. & A.H.
4. B.Tech. (Agril.Engg.)
5. B.F.Sc/ B.Sc. (Forestry) &
6. B.Sc. (Home Science),
for both boys & girls, for the Academic Session, 2013- 2014 through a Common U.G. Entrance Examination to be held on 26.05.2013 (Sunday) from 10.30 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. throughout the State.

Age: Must be 17 (seventeen) years of age as on 31.12.2013.

Qualification Required: Passed or appearing +2 Science / Equivalent Examination with minimum of 50% and 40% marks in aggregate (Excluding 4th Optional) in case of General and SC/ST Category respectively.

Application fee : Rs. 700/- (Rupees seven hundred) only
Application fee can be deposited using any one of the following options;
(a) SBI Internet Banking
(b) SBI ATM-cum-DEBIT card
(c) Cash/Transfer.
However, payment of fees through STATE BANK COLLECT using SBI Internet Banking option will be available w.e.f. 11/03/2013. The payment option using SBI ATMcum- Debit card or Cash/Transfer option will be available w.e.f. 18/03/2013.

Alternatively payment may be made through Bank Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of the "COMPTROLLER, OUAT, BHUBANESWAR" payable at Bhubaneswar.

How to Apply :
i) Application format can be downloaded from the website.

ii) He should submit the Application Form 'A' to the

through Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier Service in due date and time by enclosing the proof of payment

Important Dates :
1. Date for availability of prospectus-cum-application form in OUAT Website: From 11th March, 2013 to 30TH April, 2013.
2. Last date of receipt of filled in Application Form 'A' : 30.04.2013 (5.00 P.M.)
3. Last date of receipt of filled in Application Form 'B' : 12.06.2013 (5.00 P.M)

Note :
The Old Question Booklets of previous years will be available for sale at the Academic-I Section, OUAT (P), Bhubaneswar only on Cash Payment of Rs. 30/- (Rupees thirty) each. No request will be entertained for sending the Question Booklets by post. The above Question Booklets will be sold as per the availability of stock.

Please tell the procedure for download of the Admit Card for OUAT Entrance Examination 2013-14.

Entrance Examination :
Admit Cards will be issued to the candidate by Speed Post indicating therein the date and time of Entrance Examination and the Centre assigned to the candidate. No request for change of Centre will be entertained under any circumstances. The University, however, reserves the right to change the Centre preferred by a candidate, if required.
