GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
1) Please retain a xerox copy of this Admit Card with you .THE ORIGINAL CALL LETTER WITH YOUR PHOTO SHALL BE COLLECTED FROM YOU IN THE EXAMINATION HALL

2) Candidates will have to bring BLUE / BLACK BALL POINT PEN ( not Gel Pen )

3) Calculators,slide rules,Log tables,Electronic Watches or any other electronic gadget with facilities of calculation and spare papers are not allowed inside the Examination Hall.

4) Candidates must report at the examination venue 30 minutes before the start of the examination as given above.

5) This Call Letter does not constitute an offer of employment. Please ensure your eligibility as per Advt.

6) This Call Letter must be shown to the persons conducting / supervising the examination as and when asked for.

7) Violation of discipline in the examination hall in any form including failure to submit " Question Booklet and Answer Sheets" and Original Call Letter to the Invigilator will lead to cancellation of candidature.

8) Your candidature is Provisional and the candidature of ineligible candidates can be cancelled at any stage.

09 ) If you do not paste your Original Photo on the Call Letter, you SHALL NOT be Allowed to sit for the exam.

10) Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or any attempt to bring outside influence with regard to their selection / recruitment shall Disqualify the candidate.

11) Request for change of venue shall not be entertained.

12) Candidates appearing with Online Admit Card MUST bring one Photo ID Proof at the centre.

13) Candidates will not be entitled to TA/DA for appearing in the written test

1) Candidates with roll no from 40022001 to 40022400 Should read their venue name as "kharagpur south Side high school (girls)" in place of "kharagpur south side High school (hs)"

2) Change of venue :
Candidates with roll no from 50103001 to 50103350 should note that their new Changed venue is " khidirpur college (near fancy Market) p.S. Watgunge, 2 & 3, pitambar sarkar lane, Kolkata-700023" instead of " gyan ghosh polytechnic College,mominpur,diamond harbour road,kolkata-700023”

Hence, the candidates whose admit cards are bearing the above Roll nos must report to the nearby new venue.
