Minimum Qualification: M. Sc. degree in Physics / Materials Science with minimum 55% marks (in case of SC/ST/PH, minimum marks are relaxed to 50%). NET / GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.
Desirable Qualifications: Experimental research experience of working in related area of Materials Science / Condensed Matter Physics.

Applications are invited for the position of RA (01)/JRF (02)/Field Assistant (01) to work under the Ministry of Environment & Forest (MoEF), Government of India sponsored project entitled ‘Assessment of Air Pollutants and Its Impact on Tropical Forests of Northern Chhattisgarh’ for two years. The posts are temporary and co-terminus with the project. The minimum qualifications are as under;

Pay : Rs. 16000/- per month + HRA
Upper age limit as on 01/09/2013.: 35 years
Educational Qualification : Ph.D. in Forestry/Forestry, Wildlife & Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Science/ Environmental Engineering/ Botany (Specialization with Forest Ecology/Environmental Impact Assessment).

2. Name of the post : JRF

Pay : Rs. 12000/- per month + HRA
Upper age limit as on 01/09/2013.: 28 years
Educational Qualification : M.Sc. in Forestry/Forestry, Wildlife & Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Science/ Botany/ M.Tech. Environmental Science & Engineering with 55% marks and NET qualified.
(If NET qualified candidates will not be available then non NET candidates will be considered and they will be treated as Junior Project Fellow (JPF) with Rs. 10,000/- per month + HRA.

3. Name of the post : Field Assistant

Pay : Rs. 6000/- per month fixed
Upper age limit as on 01/09/2013.: 30 years
Educational Qualification : B.Sc.
