Applications are invited for four(04) temporary positions of SRFs under ICAR funded following Projects. Eligible candidates fulfilling the following requirements may submit their applications by e–mail (techcell@hsadl.in) followed by post copy latest by 25/03/2013 for personal interview to be conducted tentatively in 2nd week of April, 2013.

1. Name of the position : “Senior Research Fellow” under CDDL sponsored programme on “Surveillance of Avian influenza”.
No. of position : Three (03)
Qualifications : Essential: Master of Veterinary Sciences in Veterinary Public Health/Veterinary Microbiology/ Veterinary Pathology/Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Biotechnology. OR M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Microbiology) with project work on animal studies.
Desirable: Candidates having experience in animal disease diagnosis will be given preference.
Duration : Initially for a period of 01 year likely to be extended.
Remuneration :
Rs.18000/- PM + 20% HRA for Ist & IInd year and Rs.20000/- + 20% HRA for IIIrd year.
Age : 35 years for men & 40 years for women

2. Name of the position : “Senior Research Fellow” under ICAR funded project on Zoonotic Diseases
No. of position : One (01)
Qualifications : Essential:- M.V.Sc. Microbiology/ Pathology/ Biotechnology/ Veterinary Public Health / Veterinary Virology. OR M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biotechnology with experience in handling human/ animal pathogens.
Desirable:- Sound knowledge and experience in animal experimentation.
Duration : Initially for a period of one year likely to be extended
Remuneration :
1) Rs.18000/+ PM +20% HRA for the candidates holding Masters Degree in Veterinary Science.
2) Rs.16000/=PM +20% HRA for the candidates holding Masters Degree in other than Veterinary Science.
Age : 35 years for men & 40 years for women
