Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

1.Good working knowledge of piping design and installation practices, including application of industrial standards ( ie ASME, API, ANSI, NFPA).
2.Extensive knowledge in preparing P&ID’s, Equipment Layouts, Plot Plans, Piping Plans and details, Isometrics, Material Take offs and Tie – in Details, vessels and tank nozzles orientation drawings, selecting and placement of pipe supports, line and valve lists.
3.Good working knowledge of piping requirements for pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, furnaces, boilers, tanks pressure vessels etc.
4.Good field experience in identification of equipments on site. Also, thorough knowledge on the rules and regulations on equipment installations and laying of pipelines.
5.Awareness of intelligent piping software pacakages (like Card worx) available in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:

1.Three year engineering diploma from a recognized technical institute in relevant discipline and five years relevant experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including offshore field facilities.
2.Good written, verbal and analytical and interpersonal skills.
3.Good command of English language.
