1.Name of the post : Manager (P&A)
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `15600- 39100/-; `6600/-
Qualifications & Experience : Graduate with MBA(2 years regular course) in HR/Personnel Management or Post Graduate Degree /Diploma (2 years regular course) in Personnel Management/HR from recognized University /Institute of repute approved by AICTE with 5 years Post qualification experience in the line in responsible position, not below the rank of Asstt. Manager, preferably in power utility or large industrial establishment.

2.Name of the post : Manager (Instt)
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `15600- 39100/-; `6600/-
Qualifications & Experience : 1st class B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any recognized Institution with minimum 5 years experience in the commissioning and /or maintenance of DCS in coal based power plant of capacity 210 MW or above, out of which minimum three years experience preferably be in Symphony Harmony DCS and PGP HMI system. Experience in August PLC will be treated as an advantage.

3.Name of the post : Asstt. Manager (F&A)
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `15600- 39100/-; `5400/-
Qualifications & Experience : Graduate in any discipline & passed Final examination from The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India or The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Preference will be given for experience of one year & above.

4.Name of the post : Sr. Fire Officer
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `15600- 39100/-; `5400/-
Qualifications & Experience : Graduate in Science/Arts/ Commerce from recognized University with Associate Membership of the Institute of Fire Engrs.London or its equivalent or successful completion of Divisional Officers Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur with 6 years experience out of which 3 years experience in responsible position(not below the rank of Jr Manager).

5.Name of the post : Fire Officer
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `9300- 34800/-; `4700/-
Qualifications & Experience : Graduate in Science/Arts/ Commerce from recognized University with Associate Membership of the Institute of Fire Engrs.London or its equivalent or successful completion of Divisional Officers Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur with 2 years experience in allied field.

Maximum age limit as on 01.1.2013 :

Name of the Post: Security Guards (Male and Female).
Pay Scale : Rs 4900/- to 9200/-. GP – Rs. 1900/-. Along with admissible DA & other allowances
Age Limit : Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years on the first day of January, 2013.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.

Minimum Physical Measurement: (Male Candidates)
a) Candidates of General Categories (except Gorkhas/ Garwalies/ Rajbanshsis /Scheduled Tribes):
I) Height : 165 Cm,
II) Chest : 78 cm and with expansion of 5 cm (i.e. 78cm – 83 cm),
III) Weight : Proportionate to height and age as per medical standard.

b) Candidates of Gorkhas/Garwalies/Rajbanshis and Scheduled Tribes:
i) Height : 160 Cm

Physical Efficiency Test(Male Candidates) : Long distance run - 800 meters (qualifying time 02 minutes and 50 Seconds).

Written Test (Both Male & Female candidates).
Candidates who will qualify in Physical Efficiency Test, will appear in a Written Aptitude Test. (Qualifying Marks – 60%).
