Give me idea about what to do when transaction failed but amount deducted in my credit card.

I have paid property tax online but transaction is failed. I paid total amount of Rs.2996/- on 04/07/2018. Kindly check the transaction. The said amount of Rs.2996/- is debited form my account in the Bank of Baroda.
