NOTICE FOR INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF HR MANAGER, PROGRAMMER & LAW OFFICER (ON CONTRACT)

MP. Power Transmission Co. Ltd. had published an advertisement to fill up the vacancies of HR Manager, Programmer & Law Officer (on contract basis) vide advertisement No.AS/MPPTCL/2850 dated 05.10.2012. As a sequal to above advertisement, written examination was conducted on 17.02.2013.The following shortlisted candidates, who have succeeded in written examination for the post of HR Manager, Programmer & Law Officer (on contract) are required to appear in interview to be
held on 12.03.2013 at
Human Resource Development Institute,
MP Power Transmission Co.Ltd., Nayagaon,
Rampur,
Jabalpur from 8:30 A.M. onwards.
All successful candidates have been informed individually through Post. In case of non receipt of admit card, the candidate may download the list where his/her name is appearing, which is required to be presented before appearing for the interview at the scheduled place / date and time along with all the necessary documents, so that duplicate call letter could be issued (such candidates are requested to appear at test venue 30 minutes before scheduled time).

The list of successful candidates is indicated hereunder. The scheduled time and date of the interview of respective candidates are indicated therein. The candidates may submit the following documents at the time of interview.

1. Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/HSSC Certificate)

2. All original Certificates, Degree/Diploma and Marks Statements of various examinations/courses including mark sheet of final year/final semester of qualifying degree/diploma examination in support of qualifications and experience as mentioned in their application form as per the eligibility criteria.

3. Caste Certificate, in case of the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy layer) categories as specified in respect of State of MP (in the prescribed format of Govt. of M.P.)

4. In case of eligible SC/ST candidate, proof of journey ticket and its one photocopy is required for reimbursement of fare by the shortest IInd class ordinary Train fare/ordinary Bus fare from his/her address of M.P. In case, a candidate presently resides outside M.P. State for reasons whatsoever, he/she will be paid fare of bus/IInd class train fare restricted to the shortest route upto the nearest point of M.P.State Border i.e. out side M.P.State Border no fare shall be admissible.

5. Please ensure to bring this call letter (in original) at the time of attending the interview, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the interview.

6. Your candidature is provisional subject to final verification of certificate of eligibility criteria. If any discrepancy is observed during verification prior to interview and at the time of joining, your candidature shall be cancelled.

7. Kindly note that the candidates appearing in the interview should, in their own interest, check their eligibility in all respects so as to avoid disappointment at a later stage. In case, it is found at any stage that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, his/ her candidature will be cancelled at any stage of selection/ or even after joining.
