Project Handled
- Civil, Architectural BHS works for Terminal & Expansion (Phase II) Under Contract AX272F of Dubai International Airport Expansion Project (Phase II)
- The project involved construction of new extension to the Terminal building (involving construction of foundation, ground beam, Slab-on-grade, Steel Structural roof sheeting, internal works & External Architectural works)
- Renovations modification & re-furnished of the internal areas. Architectural work to External elevations of the existing Terminal building.
- External works consisted of construction of Car parks, erection of car-shades (involved Construction of foundation , Car-Stopes, Kerbs, Etc) Construction of under ground services (MV&LV duct tanks. Manholes, gully traps, etc. ancillary services).
- Construction of the central Utilities complex (CUC 06) under Contractor of the Dubai International Airport Expansion Project (Phase II)
- The project consisted of construction of cooling Towers ( North & South), Chillers Hall, Electrical Block (Transformers Area, Generators Areas, MV cable, Basement, Control Panel Room, Etc.) & Office Book.
- The construction of these structural involved mass excavation to 5.90 meters, heavy raft foundations (1.50 to 2.50 meters in height) Construction of concrete wall for basement & underground water tanks (up to 5.00 to 6.50 meters high) Concrete walls for transformers area were 10.00 meters high.
