    Job Description
    Co-ordinating with Consulting Architects and attending meeting if required
    Co-ordinating Engineering Consultants and Site Engineers at various Projects
    Self starter and high level of creative aptitude & ability to translate ideas into built form.
    Having strong Design and Detailing skills
    Should be capable of handling medium to large scale projects.
    Preparing Architectural drawings in co-ordination with consultants which includes :

    Conceptualization,
    Design development,
    Preparation of working drawings & working details,
    Layout plans,
    Presentations,
    Client Communication and representing our organization, attending meetings.
    Co-ordination on services & structural design
    Co-ordination with Consulting Architects
    Supervision & site visit,
    Post occupancy evaluation etc.
    Designing and presentation for new proposals.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Knowledge of Auto Cad with proficiency.
    Good knowledge of Computers (MS Word, Excel & Power point)
    Knowledge of Government Regulations and Building Bye-laws is must.
    Good communication and managerial skills with good command on written & spoken English.
