Job Description
Work as Group Head.
Review drawings and documents of consultants before release for construction.
Analyze area specifications, review & finalize schematic designs in various projects.
Administer the progress of working drawings, according to Project Briefs.
Prepare drawing/ release schedule, monitor works of consultants.
He/she will be coordinating with different architects and interior designers who are situated in India and abroad.
He/She will also co-ordinate with the marketing department of the organization
He/She will be involved in day-to-day planning of the projects.
He/She should have through knowledge of the products in order to solve the queries of the customers.
He/she will have to solve customer queries and implementation.
Review of drawings, coordinate with site.
Interaction with clients.
Working out latest specifications.
To co-ordinate with Civil / Structural and Service Consultants.
Preparation of In house design for Buildings as well as interiors, preparation of working drawings.

Qualification: B Arch / M Arch from reputed institute.
Should have over 5 years of work experience with leading Architectural Firms specialized in residential and commercial property development.
Knowledge of local bye laws are essential.
