Powerplay Transformer Model & Cube Reports :
Designed the Project Specification and Cube Specification based on the discussions and requirements

Designed the Athena Cube Model structures, Created IQD Files and then created the Transformer Models.

Supported entire Cognos Reporting Environment for Holiday Autos :
Cognos Cubes form the core Reporting need of the Holiday Autos Business. There are 36 cubes and more than 100 reports which help the HA users deliver Reports on a monthly, weekly, daily and Hourly basis. Data is broken down into individual cubes dependent on functional business area, data source and cube size.
Maintained those 36 Cubes by rebuilding them on Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis (automated).
Resolved/fixed those issues which came across in the course of their build time.
Set new user credentials and unlocking the user accounts using Access Manager.
Made changes to the existing reports after getting confirmation from those report users.

It is a Support based project concerned with Insurance, which has its Development base at Melville and the Production base at Chantilly. Here it is divided into three sectors 1) ACS 2) ARS and 3) ACW. Under ACW there are Sub-Groups like CTR, Health & Benefits, EBO and Retirement. In this we have various applications like BENEFITS, EPO TSC, EPO Scheduling, TRACKER, APC, NNS, COGNOS, ASTARS, CIGARS and BIDS from CTR Team. And then HR Portal, IVR, Pension Plus, Settlement, CRYSTAL Reports and P2K from EBO Team.
My Role :
Involved in handling the BIDS and the whole Cognos Application. Eventually I will be getting the requests from the Client, which is of two types : 1) Problem requests and 2) Service requests. For Problem requests there will be severity mentioned on it like SEV-1, SEV-2, SEV-3 and SEV-4. Further here we have various clients with the specified Catalogs and Reports like Tracker Reports, Dreyers Reports, Citibank Reports, Verizon Reports, and WF LMDB Reports etc.
