Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) - 2013

J.C.E.C.E Board invites applications in the prescribed forms from eligible candidates for appearing in the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination - 2013 (JCECE-2013) for admission.

Age Limit Criteria :
B. Tech. Course - Aspirants of any age can apply.

Agriculture & Forestry Course - Aspirants minimum age should be 17 years and maximum 22 years as on 1st july of the examination year. Age relaxation of three years in maximum age limit for SC/ST candidates.

Animal Husbandry [B.V.Sc. & A.H.] Course - Aspirants minimum age should be 17 years as on 31st December of the examination year.

Educational Qualification :
B. Tech. Course - A candidate has to fulfill the following criteria as per the guidelines of AICTE for taking part in this stream: - Applicant must have passed I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the Chemistry/Biology and He/She has obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. [I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination appearing candidate may also apply but he/she will have to pass before the date of Counselling.]

Agriculture & Forestry Course -A candidate has to fulfill the following criteria for taking part in this stream: - Applicant must have passed I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subject along with one of the Mathematics/Biology. [I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination appearing candidate may also apply but he/she will have to pass before the date of Counselling.]

Animal Husbandry [B.V.Sc. & A.H.] Course - A candidate has to fulfill the following criteria as per the guidelines of V.C.I. for taking part in this stream: - Applicant must have passed I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subject. [I.Sc. / 10+2 or equivalent examination appearing candidate may also apply but he/she will have to pass before the date of Counselling.]

Prospectus-cum-Application Form : Prospectus-cum-Application Form may be obtained in person from 1st March 2013 at the following Post offices after payment of following fee as mentioned in the fee below.

GEN/BC-I/BC-II Category : Rs.585/-
SC/ST Category : Rs.310/-

Candidates desirable to appear in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology also will have to submit Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order of Rs.50/- in original in favour of "Controller of Examination, JCECEB" payable at Ranchi along with Application Form.
