The basic objective of this project was research and aligns properly the roles and job profile of an advisor to reduce attrition and increase advisor satisfaction level. This was essential for organization to grow rapidly in Chandigarh, which would only been possible with the help of quality and satisfied advisors.
Research methodology
In order to find out, satisfaction level towards job and perception for insurance products of advisor of ICICI PRUDENTIAL, questionnaire was prepared and interviews were conducted. Based on study of questionnaires and interviews gaps were identified and improvements suggested.
Project Reports :
Title : Manufacturing of gem stone
The detailed project report was prepared for setting up a Gem Stones manufacturing unit, in Jaipur. It begins with the reason of generation of the idea as described in Promoter’s idea, followed by which it analyses the past & present industry trends to analyze market requirements.
For this project, Data has been gathered through the surveys from the gem stone market of Jaipur. We identified stones for which there was wide gap in demand and supply and were suggested for manufacturing.
