Working as a Lead Engineer [Mechanical] in Rajasthan Field Development Project (Crude Oil Extraction Project) under Cairn Energy India Pvt Ltd in Barmer (Rajasthan) with INDIAN OILTANKING LTD from Aug 2010. STEEL STRUCTURE

- Steel structural fabrication & erection of light, medium & heavy structure in large refinery, oil & gas terminal project.
- Surface preparation & protective coating as per Swedish (SA2.5) & others standard.
- Preparation of erection procedure plan, surface preparation & protective coating plan and thorough planning of daily erection activities with other related works.
- Checking field erection alignment like plumb of column, orientation of structure, leveling & other related procedures for field execution job as per international standard & project technical specification.
- Documentation related to fit-up & layout, weld visual of joint, surface preparation & protective coating, field inspection report, orientation & alignment report etc.
- Preparation of reconciliation statement of materials in monthly basis and after completion of work.
- Checking measurement of bills & extra activities changed as per site situation.

PIPING
Have a thorough knowledge in
- Fabrication & erection of CS piping of utility, process piping & fire water network system in refinery & crude oil terminal.
- Surface preparation & protective coating of large dia pipe (up to 76”) as per Indian & International standard.
- Checking spool piece fit-up as per isometric drawing, field & shop welding & alignment of piping
- Post-heating & Pre-heating up to76”CS piping.
- Hydro test of utility & process piping & air drying as per technical speciation.
- Documentation related to weekly material requirement, fit-up, weld visual.

TANKAGE
Have a thorough knowledge in
- FRV Tank testing like Vacuum test of bottom plate & rim plate, Hydro fill test, Rain water & Puncher test etc as per API650.
- Blasting & Protective coating of deck, shall & related structure as per technical specification.
- Pre-commissioning & final box up of tank.

PRE-COMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING
Have a thorough knowledge in
- Identification of System-subsystems and chart encompassing all the relevant detail in consultation with Engineering Manager and prepare Project Commissioning Plan.
- Pre-commissioning & commissioning of Fire Water Network, utility & Process piping in product pump house & off site in refinery.
- Commissioning of Deluge Valve System & Sprinkler System in product pump house, oil& gas storage tank, loading gantry, Cable caller & control room.
- Conduct water, air & steam flushing, air drying, leak test & final box-up of utility & process piping system in refinery & terminals.
- Complete of job within completion period with proper safety.
- Liquidate all punch point related to utility & process piping system proposed by client & consultant through Format I to Format IV.
- Complete the pre-commissioning work within completion period with proper safety
- Coordinate with all other EPCCs during commissioning in large size refinery project (OSBL & ISBL).
PROJECTS HANDALED
1. Worked as a Project Engineer [Mechanical] in Off-site piping & Storage Facility with INDIAN OILTANKING LTD in Panipat Naphtha Cracker Project with Indian Oiltanking Ltd. From June2007 to August 2010.The main responsibilities wear steel structural fabrication & erection of 22000 MT pipe rack, loading & unloading gantry, main compressor house & relater documents. Including this pre-commissioning & commissioning of fire water network, utility & process piping, is also a major role in this project.

2. Worked as a project engineer (mechanical) in Baitalpur IOCL Depot.(UP) in FRV Tank project from Feb2007 to June 2007.The main responsibility was liquidation of punch point, Blasting & Protective coating of Dia 20mtr tank & related structure, conducting all tests like Hydro fill test, Rainwater test, Punchers test as per API650, final commissioning of tank, documentation.
