Job Description
Process Control: Continuous control and monitoring of operating parameters of 3 tube mills.

-Welding, annealing
-Mechanics
(Around 175 parameters to control and monitor continuously on each mill).

Job Description (In Shift)

-Identify / forecast constraints & resolve on time
-Organize and control of the mill
-Identify the deviations as many as possible which may occur
-Analyze the deviation and find out the root causes
-Decide the corrective action
-Apply decision
-Control the result
-Organize, manage and control the setting of the mills whenever a tool change is required.
-Supervise and manage a team of 3 technicians.

Conditions:
-Ready to spend a minimum of 3 years with the Company in the shop floor
-Required Non Compete cum Non Disclosure Agreement
Mission:
Setting, Qualification and process Control of tube Mills.

Factory Shift Timings:
A Shift from 6.00 am to 2.10 pm
B Shift from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm
C Shift from 10.00 pm to 6.10 am

Location of Job: Industrial Area, Isnapur, Patancheru Mandal, Medak Dist.

Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical or B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years experience for Diploma candidates and 2 to 3 years experience for B.E/B.Tech candidates in the following areas.
-Proved practical experience (preferable in the shop floor) of production engineering within automotive industry or heavy machinery industry.
-Good Understanding of Mechanics used in Machinery ( Machine tools)
-Experience in Roll Forming is an advantage
-Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs;
-Interested in production challenge - quality first and productivity
-Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
-Good team worker
-Good theoretical knowledge in mechanics
-Good analytical skill
-Experienced in problem solving tools like Pareto Analysis, Trend Charts, Histograms, Fish Bone Analysis etc
