Job Description
Responsible to supervise all operations related activities like Crushers, Rotary Kilns, Raw Mills, Cement Mills, Stacker-Reclaimer and Packers: build team work and achieve departmental target on regular basis.

- Utilization of ERP SAP System to carry out the maintenance of plant machinery, which includes generation of work orders, notification, Preventive Maintenance, Bill of material and other permits.
- Implementation of various analyses like XYZ, ABC, VED, and FSN for spare part management and inventory reduction.
- Practice of various TPM tools like 5-Why analysis, Fish Bone Diagram, Single point lesson, visual controls, standard operating procedure, to diagnoses and elimination of the bottle necks
