Services of 24x7 Toll Free Helpline and facilitation centre:
It is a matter of immense pleasure to inform that a 24x7 Toll Free Helpline No. 1800-11-2526 with dedicated Fax and Internet facility has started functioning in Hqrs. Office w.e.f. 1.4.2011. This is expected to reduce the time taken in disposal of complaints besides facilitating handling of grievances of stakeholders efficiently. The aims and objectives of installation of this Helpline are as under:-
1. Beneficiaries of the scheme may call up the above Helpline number to get information about benefits payable by ESIC Corporation

2. The employers may seek assistance regarding their problems related to coverage under ESIC, Contribution, returns, problems related to their employees, branch office/Regional office and latest developments

3. The Insured persons/Employers may seek information regarding ESI Dispensaries, Hospitals, tie-up hospitals alongwith information on Medical Care and Superspeciality treatment being extended to beneficiaries

4. The toll Free Helpline number will function round the clock on 6 days a week (except Sunday)

5. The toll Free Helpline will expedite reply to the information sought after getting feedback from the concerned branches of the Hqrs. Office, if required information is not readily available

6. Any person can also seek information about the ESI Scheme, implemented areas, benefits available to employers and Employees under the ESI Act.
