Objective :

Working Experience :
I have one and half year experience in Rane Madras Limited, Rane is Producing Manual steering, Power steering, & Steering gear suspension linkages products, Main customers are Tata Motors, M&M, Ashok Leyland & Maruthi etc. It is a Deming awarded company in 2007 & DGP (Deming grand prize) awarded company in 2012. I have worked one and half year in Manufacturing Engineering Department as a Process engineer, I have knowledge on Design and drawing, Processes, Machines & CNC programming etc.
Projects at Rane :
1.Productivity improvement in Worm soft cell from 396 Nos/Shift to 720 Nos/Shift(82%).
2.Cycle time reduction by converting manual clamping to hydraulic clamping in SPARK machine.
3.Elimination of Main nut TT hole rejection from 240 ppm to 0 ppm.
4.Setting time reduction in SBCNC m/c ETL Main nut boring & Thread cutting operation.
5. I have completed 10 new product developments in worm & nut department.
