Qualification :
ANM:
i) The candidates must have passed the H.S.C Examination and must have undergone 1½ years of training for Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) or ANM training from Govt. Training Center or Govt. recognized Private Institutions.
ii) Must have registered in the Orissa Nursing Council.

NURSING ASSISTANT :
i) The candidates must have passed the H.S.C Examination and must have undergone 1½ years of training for Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) from Govt. Training Center or Govt. recognized Private Institutions.
ii) The registration certificate of Orissa Nursing Council is not required.

Nutrition Counsellor :Women candidate with Graduation in Home Science (Honours or Pass).

Asst. Surgeon :
i)Must have obtained MBBS Degree.;
ii) Registered in State Medical Council.

Staff Nurse and I/C Staff Nurse :
i) Must have passed General Nursing & Midwifery from any of the 3 Govt. Nursing Schools of 3 Medical Colleges/ School of Nursing MCL Talcher/IGH Rourkela and recognized Private Intuitions.
ii) Must have registered in the Orissa Nursing Council.

Lab Technician : Must have passed in Lab. Tech. Course from any of 3 Medical Colleges of the state or from a recognized private institution.

Data Entry Operator : Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks and DCA / PGDCA / BCA / MCA / ‘A’ Level (Minimum 52 week duration course) from a Govt. or Govt. recognized institute.

Block Accounts Manager, Accountant :
i) The candidate should be a graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks in graduation.
ii) Must have basic knowledge of computing.
iii) Preference will be given to candidates having one year work experience in Govt. Sector.
iv) Recent Nativity / Residential Certificate for employment purpose is to be produced while applying for the post.

Asst. Engineer :
i) Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized university / institution or equivalent with at least 55% mark at degree level.
ii) Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in relevant field.

What documents do I need to bring with application form for interview?

The following documents are to be enclosed along with the application:
1. Two copies of passport size colour attested photograph to be submitted along with the application.
2. Photocopies of recent Residential certificate issued by the Tahsildar / Sub-Collector etc. (duly attested)
3. Photo copies of all mark sheets / certificates in proof of the claim made by the candidate relating to his/her educational qualification.
4. Experience certificate if any.
5. Cast certificate issued from competent authority.
6. The application must be submitted as per the prescribed format if not the candidature of the candidate will be rejected.
7. Candidates applying for more than one number of post should apply separately.
8. If a candidate is selected for more than one post for all categories viz. NRHM, State Budgetary or SC & ST Development Deptt. he / she has to submit their option as per the choice of the post and to forgo other post at the end of the selection session after all such selections are over. Accordingly an undertaking has to be given by the candidate.
