** Visit customer place and attend the call
** Diagnose the problem and rectify the defect in the unit/product
** Attend escalated calls on priority basis
** Adhere accel/vendor policies & guidelines while attending the call and meet the SLA
** Should respond/complete minimum 4 calls per day
** Settle the defective/unused good parts to CCO

Job Description:
** Attend the inbound calls received from customers
** Collect the grievance/complaint query from the Customer and call back the Customer on the status of the product and also commit a tentative date on when the product will reach the customer
** Alert the processing team on the commitment made and ask them to prioritize the call & ensure that is
** closed as per committed date and time
** Escalate the calls to vendor manager in case if they are not able to convince the customer
** Key the comments in the CRM about the information given to the customer

** Ensure 100% Customer SLA compliance & alert vertical head & Regional Managers when there is a deviation
** To handle all vendor and end customer escalations, do RCA, and come with CAPA and implement it
** Ensure the processes (SOPs) are adhered 100% and any deviation report to vertical head
** To prepare monthly performance report against the defined objectives and send it to Vertical Head
** To maintain a daily and weekly tracker against defined objectives and take course correction accordingly
