Reporting to : Business Development Manager
Job Overview : We are looking for a dynamic individual who is target driven and would take up the challenge of marketing and selling hSenid’s HR solutions and Mobile solutions.
Personnel Profile : The ideal candidate should be a female below 30 years of age.
Duties & Responsibilities :
**Bring in new clients for hSenid product range
**Monitor competitor activities
**Work to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual targets **Commitment to set goals and objectives
**Research and development on customer requirements
Experience & Qualifications :
** A recognized, full or part qualification in marketing
**Computer literacy with experience on MS office applications
**Prior experience in IT solution selling would be an advantage
Skills & Personal Characteristics :
**Good verbal and written communication skills
**Excellent presentation skills
**Good negotiating skills
**Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
