Position : Mechanical Engineer/Maintenance Manager
Qualification : Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Expeience : 10 Years experience / Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 15 Years experience (with 5 years experience of handling Projects).
Skills & Experience Required :
1. He should be Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 10 Years experience / Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 15 Years experience (with 5 years experience of handling Projects).
2. Should have knowledge & experience in preventive, predictive, proactive, breakdown and shut down maintenance
3. He should be conversant with erection and alignment of Rotating and Static Equipments.
4. He should be conversant with Fabrication and Erection of Piping with proper selection of electrodes.
5. His experience in Fabrication and Erection of Medium and Big Size Chemical Storage Tanks will be considered as additional qualification.
6. He should be well conversant with preparation of specifications, planning of material procurement, Bar Chart preparation and its execution.
7. He should have sound knowledge about Pumps, valves, blowers, material handling equipments (like conveyor belts, elevators and screw conveyors) and Workshop practices in general.

Position : Technical Services Manager
Qualification : B.Tech (Chemical Engg)
Years of Experience : Minimum 10 years in Technical services dept. of Fertilizer / Chemical / Petrochemical Industry.
Exposure in following key areas :
1. Process design exposure
2. Material and Energy balance
3. Monitoring Plant Process parameters, their evaluations and recommendations
4. fficiency / yield / specific consumption monitoring and making observations / suggestions
5. Monitoring of Energy consumption, review and suggestion
6. Performance monitoring of Cooling Tower, Boiler, ETP along with main plant
7. Technology evaluation, selection of a Process
8. Identifying the areas of improvement related to production, energy consumption, safety, quality and providing solutions
9. Preparation of Process flow diagram, PID, utilities distribution drawing
10. Exposure to sizing of equipments etc.,
11. Preparation of equipment data sheet
