Position : Project Manager (CIVIL)
Job Description / Responsibilities :
Interacting with the concerned Officials. Day to day discussions and Planning of the work. Working out the requirements of the materials based on the plans, indenting for the materials, verifying the consumption of the materials.
Assigning and Processing the work to Junior Officers and Supervisors and monitoring. Processing the volume of work done and to verify whether all the quantities of work done are paid.
If any work is held up, the reasons for non-payment and to pursue for release atleast in the next RA Bill. All other incidental and operations, if any, and the out turn of the machinery hired and to compare with the hire charges and the work extracted.
Desired profile of the candidate :
A Civil Engineering graduate who is well-versed in the area of Well-Sinking and Infiltration Galleries in the Intake Well structures of Thermal Power Plants. He must be fluent in Hindi and English. A self motivator with demonstrable Leadership skills and good Time management skills in order to meet the deadlines so as to execute and commission the project

Monitoring and Programming of Work one week in advance, Instructing the Site Engineers, Store Keepers to work out the quantities of the material required and to procure the same. Execution of the work to the requirement of the Client and Organization. Informing the Head Office every program and Physical out turn achieved as per program etc.

BE (Civil) / DCE with relevant work experience : fluent in Hindi or Telugu and English
