PHP Developer / Team Leaders :
** A PHP developer is responsible for the layout, design and coding of a software specifically in PHP format.
** They figure out the technical and graphical aspects of a software.
** A PHP developer also maintains and updates an existing software.

Responsibilities and Duties :
** Coding, testing and troubleshooting programs that use appropriate database, hardware and programming technology.
** Refining data and formatting it to final product.
** Maintaining and modifying programs and making approved modifications by amending flow charts, coding changes and developing detailed programming logic.
** Testing and developing programming modifications.
** Writing new program codes using prescribed specifications.
** Evaluating interrelationships between developed programs.
** Analyzing program performance and taking necessary actions to rectify deficiencies.
** Writing and maintaining programming documentations.
** Analyze client, server and micro-computer program system based software solutions available and compatibility with company requirements.
** Maintaining confidentiality concerning information being accessed, stored or processed.
** Documenting programming bugs and resolutions for future reference.
** Develop the programming code from scratch or by adapting existing software graphics packages and software to meet business requirements Uploading the web based software onto a server and registering it with different search engines.
** Testing the software and identifying any technical problems and hitches.
** Establishing the purpose of the software based on its target audience.
** Determining any functionality that the site must support and developing PHP content based on practical approved layout Identifying the content type the site will host and ensuring compatibility with the PHP programming requirements.
** Giving guidance on colors, layout and styles for the client software

Additional responsibilities :
** Providing training to new employees and staff members.
** Assisting personnel of other company departments as a computer resource.
** Performing other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications :
** Master degree from reputed university.
** Degrees in Computer science, IT, software engineering, web development, programming or other subjects Certification in PHP web development, graphics and software programming

Skills and specifications :
Min. 3+ exp. PHP Mysql development work, open source will be added advantage Skills in software graphics manipulation and web programming Creativity and imagination Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology Must be able to stay on top of advancing internet and computer technology and its effects to the business environment Must be thorough and precise in their work Ability to work individually or in a team to beat tight deadlines Ability to multi-task Knowledge of international web standards and protocols Knowledge of programming codes, logic and computer flow charts Ability to create technical instructions manuals in the use of programs or program modifications
