Position : Research and Development Engineer
1. Testing of Electrical and Luminous parameters of various light sources.
2. Reporting results on a daily basis to the R & D department.
3. Background in lighting/ power electronics is a must and should be well versed in operation of various power instruments.
Qualification :
1. Having a background in Electrical/ Lighting Laboratory operation is a must.
2. Must have good Verbal and Written English and complete operational knowledge of MS Office Suite,
3. Willingness to shoulder additional responsibilities like traveling to factory for R & D.

Position : Production Engineer/ Plant Supervisor
1. The candidate will be part of the production team at Regnant's manufacturing Plant at Uttarakhand.
2. He will be responsible for achieving the production targets set by the management and planning resource outflow and inflow.
Qualification :
Must have good Verbal and Written English and complete operational knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Experience :
1. Thecandidate should be an engineer with at least 2 years of experience in production activities of a manufacturing organisation.
2. Experience in an Industrial plant manufacturing SMF VRLA Batteries, CFLs, LEDs and Lighting Products is a must.

Position : Sales Engineer/ Marketing Executive/ Senior Marketing Executive/ Institutional Sales Manager
Appointment of Dealers and Distributors for SMF Batteries/ CFLs/ LEDs/ Other Lighting and Renewable Energy Products in existing and new territories, Keeping track of payments from customers, Representing the Company at Exhibitions, Job might involve traveling all over India and candidate must have own local conveyance.
Qualification :
Candidate must have excellent command over Verbal and Written English
Superior IT skills and complete operational knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Experience : Experience in selling SMF Batteries/ CFLs/ LEDs/ Luminaires/ Inverters/UPS is a must.
