Position : Site Supervisor
Responsibilities :
1. Plan & supervise daily work schedules of workers
2. Implement safe work procedures and environmental control measures at work site
Requirements :
1. Diploma / Certificate in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building or equivalent
2. Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) or National Certificate in Construction Supervisor (NCCS)
3. Min. 2 years local related experience

position : Assistant Facilities Manager
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the inspection and upkeep of building related equipment, infrastructure systems to optimum operability
2. To develop, perform and review methods or techniques that directly impacts the processes or productivity of the operation
3. Take charge of daily facilities maintenance issues and meet contractual obligations
4. Identify and implement improvements in the areas of business activities, sequence of operations / work flows, staffing, handling methods and equipment
5. Ensure implementation of standard operating processes, work methods, performance standards and measurement systems by using measurement tools
6. Implement and manage facilities related initiatives including preventive maintenance and safety programs
Requirements :
1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) / Facility Management or equivalent
2. Conduct regular checks and maintenance programme to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards
3. sure all service providers perform in accordance to schedules of work
4. Attend to all feedback and complaints within reasonable time frame
5. Enforcing compliance with all rules and regulations to building occupiers, contractors and visitors
Requirements :
1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) / Facility Management or equivalent
2. Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate
3. Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in property services/management firm

Position : Technician
Responsibilities :
1. On site management and maintenance of properties
2. Carry out routine and ad-hoc repairs
Requirements :
1. NTC level 3 or higher
2. Min. 3 years of relevant working experience

Position : Site Manager
Responsibilities :
1. Assist Project Manager in managing all operational and administration procedures
2. Managing sub-contractors' works and progress to ensure fulfilment of project requirements
Requirements :
1. Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineer Board
2. Min. 3 years local site experience on Construction projects

Position : Architectural Coordinator
Responsibilities :
1. Review consultant's requirement and manage architectural submissions
2. Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E teams
3. Familiar with architectural and ID detailing
Requirements :
1. Diploma / Degree in architectural related field
2. Proficient in application of AutoCAD / BIM
3. Knowledge on BCA 's QM will be an added advantage
4. Min. 2 years site experience

Position : Senior / Structural Engineer
Responsibilities :
1. Assist Project / Site Manager in project planning and site work coordination
2. Plan, schedule and execution of structural works
3. To coordinate the inspection of works by RE / RTO
Requirements :
1. Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineer Board
2. Possess good communication skills, problem solving skills and project management skills
3. Min. 3 years local site experience on construction projects
