Total Relevant Experience : 10+ years on Embedded Java with at least 2 years dedicatedly on Android middleware development on embedded platform.
Education : BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech - Electronics and Communication/Computer/Computer Science/Information Technology

Job Description :
**Is responsible in getting the required number of team members for existing or new product developments, equipping them with suitable skills as and when necessary
**Requires converting business requirements into design. Would require to code with complete hands-on on coding experience. This is mandatory for this position.
**Provide architectural and design guidance and code review for software developed by team members and mentor team members under him.
**Should be proficient in writing white papers, technical articles, make business requirements document, Functional requirement specifications (FRS), Technical requirements specification (TRS).
**Should be having complete understanding and capability to implement middleware on Android OS for different peripherals, fine tuning/optimizing power management properties in Android embedded devices being developed and also capable of designing and coding applications on Android OS.

Required Skills :
**Requires core JAVA experience and knowledge of Android SDK. Should have experience with Android services framework, Android UI and layouts, Android files/databases and using Android development tools.
**Expertise in Android development, including implementing applications with Android UI components, services, database, app widgets and other Android tools.
**Experience in making custom widgets, customizing home screen views etc.
**In depth knowledge of the Android platform; core frameworks, graphics, messaging, UI, Audio, video & Kernel layers, sound libraries, frame buffer etc.
**Knowledge of Android startup, integration and porting to new chipsets is a must.
