Interview Schedule for Recruitment of FEMALE NURSE/A FOR HEAVY WATER PLANT (TALCHER)

In case any candidate whose name appears in the list of candidates called for interview but did not receive Interview Call Letter, she may report at the venue of interview as stated above on the scheduled day with adequate proof to establish his/her identity.

ANUSHAKTINAGAR, MUMBAI – 400 094.

Though the time of Interview has been fixed at 0930 Hrs., you are likely to be interviewed at any time during the day and hence you should come prepared to stay for the whole day.
1. You should be present at the venue 30 Minutes before the schedule of Interview.
2. Carrying Electronic items such as MOBILE PHONES, CDs, Pen Drives, Card Readers etc. is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the V.S. Bhavan Premises.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL AND THEIR PHOTO COPIES WITHOUT WHICH YOU SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND INTERVIEW.
1. This Admit Card cum Interview Call Letter in original with your photograph duly attested on it by a :
a. Gazetted Officer of Central or State Government OR
b. Tehsildar or Naib / Deputy Tehsildar authorised to exercise magisterial powers OR
c. Principal / Head Master of the recognised School/College/Institution where the candidate studied last.

2. Documents pertaining to Academic/Technical Qualifications, Date of birth, Experience, etc.

3. FOR SC/ST : Caste Certificate as prescribed in MHA O.A.No.42/21/ 49-N.G.S., dated 28.08.1952 as revised in DP&AR Lr.NO.36012/6/76-Estt(SCT) dated 29.10.1997. (A specimen of Caste Certificate is enclosed).

FOR OBCs : The certificate should specifically indicate that the candidate does not belong to the persons/sections (creamy layer) mentioned in Col.3 of the Schedule of the Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training OM No.36012/22/93-Estt(SCT) dated 08.09.1993 and modified vide GOI DoPT OM No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 & OM No. 36033/3/2004-Estt (Res) dated 14.10.2008 and the certificate should be in the prescribed form circulated by Ministry of Personal and Training, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India. If the certificate to the above effect is not furnished, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for Interview. Kindly bring the latest OBC certificate (Should not be more than one year old) (A specimen of Caste Certificate is enclosed).

4. In case you are serving under Central/State Government or any Public Sector Undertaking, you should produce a copy of the forwarding note in case your application has been forwarded through proper channel OR No Objection Certificate for appearing the Interview should be produced.
