** Proficient in PHP 5.0, JavaScript, HTML and MySQL.
** Hands-on any PHP based framework/CMS like Zend, Cake PHP, Joomla, Drupal, Maganto, Wordpress etc.
** Good to have Object Oriented Programming Skills (PHP5).
** Must write efficient code with documentation.

** Has experience in debugging code.

Experience :
** 1-2 years experience in IT based companies in proposal writing.
** Writing Functional Requirement Document, FRD, High Level Architecture Diagrams, Feature Lists, Proposal Writing
** Proposal Writing, RFP Analysis and document provided by clients
** Work independently with users to define concepts
** Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirement documents
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
** Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
** Flexibility to work in shifts.
** Own Conveyance is mandatory.
Education / Qualification : B.tech / MCA / Any Diploma

Business Development Executive :
Experience :
** Responsible for Online Bidding on the portals like elance, Odesk, guru etc.
** Understanding proposal Writing, RFP Analysis and document provided by clients.
** Responsible for generating new business relationship.
** Involved in Client Engagement Activities.
** Achieve sales target.
** Ability to work from home.
** Own conveyance is mandatory
** Own computer and internet facility is mandatory.
