Experience with open source projects like: Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, osCommerce, etc
** Ability to understand technical documents like SRS, Design Document.
** Understanding of project development methodologies like RUP is preferred.
** Understand team development/Source code control.
** Well aware of MVC and other standard design patterns.
Any of the following is a plus: Perl, Coldfusion, Ruby on rails, Adobe flex, Laszlo, Linux/Network Administration and Knowledge of .NET.

Title : Java/J2EE Developer

Job Description : We are looking for an excellent Java/J2EE Developer for our offshore development center at Indore, India. The job involves designing and developing enterprise and custom solutions as part of a software development process supported by good database skills. The perfect candidate must be able to write good quality Java/J2EE Code.
Requirements :
** 2-4 Yrs exposure in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, EJB etc.
** Must have experience in JavaScript.
** The candidate should be able to code/develop an application in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate technology using a design specification.
** Experience on Server side Technologies such as JDBC, JMS and Web-Services.
** Candidates with knowledge of Wicket, Ant/Maven will be preferred.
** Should be flexible to learn and code on Blackberry & Android.
** Have the right focus towards best practices like coding standards and other.
