Desired Candidate Profile :
** A creative concept maker, designer and developer with 2+ years of experience.
** Ability to lead a team of online and offline creatives
** Has good understanding of colors, shades, designs and BRANDING
** Must be willing to work long hours
** Must have enthusiasm to work with a startup, in a startup culture!
** Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, QuarkXpress, PowerPoint and other programs usually required to apply
** Knowledge of website and wordpress handling is a added advantage.
** Little knowledge of Marketing on Facebook System is essential, to create designs accordingly (Can be learned at job)
** Must have little knowledge in Social Media space as we are a social media agency
