    Job Description
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Provide supportive functional assistance to the Restaurant Manager for smooth Restaurant Operations.
    - Assist in planning, directing and coordinating various activities of the Restaurant through customer focused service delivery aimed towards achievement of business objectives.
    - Monitor appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
    - Promote restaurant facilities among guests.
    - Work with Restaurant Manager in the preparation and management of the department's budget. Duties include:
    - Assist in co-ordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget
    - Control and monitor departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
