** Should have handled job portal, e-commerce and matrimony websites
** Decide on the project schedule and estimation
** Active Participation in Sales and Marketing meetings
** Should create a strategic plan and complete the project with high quality
** Deliver the project on time, each time
** Make Proper utilization of available resources
** Recommend for a new resource required to complete the project
** Prepare project feature documentation
** Should have excellent decision making and analytical skills
** Have strong knowledge about budgetary details and finance
** Posses good knowledge on project planning and execution
** Knowledge of Agile/Scrum would be added advantage

Name of the Post : PHP Web Developers
Desired Profile :
** MCA or BE with Excellent oral, written and email communication is a MUST
** PHP developers with 2 years experience in developing E-Commerce websites
** Excellent Knowledge on all open source e-commerce solutions (Virtue Mart, Magento, OS Commerce etc.,)
** Experience in handling Advanced E-Commerce, Job Portal and Matrimony portal independently
** Should have worked on High-End-Projects with Core PHP/MySQL
** Excellent knowledge on MySQL Database Integration
** Should handle CMS Projects Independently

Name of the Post : Website Designers
Desired Profile :
** Any Degree with Excellent oral and email communication is a MUST
** Should be very creative and design out-of-box websites
** Website Designers with creative skills in designing corporate web templates.
** Should have good exposure to Jquery, Photoshop, Dream weaver, JavaScript and CSS
** Atleast 2 years of relevant experience

Name of the Post : Quality Control & Analyst
Desired Profile :
** Any degree with Software Testing Certification
** 2 Years of Work Experience in Website project testing and quality control
** Significant experience in Software Testing
** Work closely with Project Manager, Developer and Website Designers
** Excellent knowledge on acceptance, exploratory, performance, load, stress and unit testing techniques
** Creating test environments, test scripts and user acceptance tests and ensuring all QA report completion
** Participate in project plan meeting and team meetings to improve team and quality of work
** Understand business requirements and create acceptance criteria and designing test cases/suite
** Good understanding of GUI design standards
** Experience with cross browser testing
** Experience of working with MySQL, JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX and HTML.
** Estimate time, tools and materials required to test a project
** Understand Web design and development strategy
** Knowledge of Agile/Scrum would be added advantage
** Experience working with content management systems
** Experience of risk logging and analysis
