1. Vice President - Legal
Location : Corporate Office, Kolkata / Mumbai (India)

Job Description

**Performing various tasks related to legal matters including handling lawsuits of the company : filing of suits, petitions in various Courts.
**Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations for the Group Companies.
**Co-ordination with solicitors and advocates.
**Legal compliances relating to Commercial Laws, Labour Laws, Corporate Laws and other regulations. Pro-actively advising to the management and other departments on various legal issues and compliances and monitoring thereof.
**Proficiency in handling legal aspects of merger and acquisition.
**Proficiency in finalization of legal drafting, MOUs, petition, etc.
**All matters related to Civil, Criminal, Corporate and Commercial Laws.

Qualification and Experience
:
**LLB / LLM with at least 15 to 20 years experience in large Corporate House of a group of manufacturing companies.
**Sound knowledge of Corporate, Civil, Criminal and other laws, rules and regulations which are relevant in a group of manufacturing companies.
**Hands-on experience and knowledge of Court proceedings, documentations including filing law suits, co-ordination and dealing with solicitors / advocates.
**Should be proficient in relevant laws and regulations which affect assets of the Company including properties, etc.
**Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

2. Sr. Manager - Events
Location
: Corporate Office, Kolkata (India)
Job Description :
**Planning and organizing all Corporate events including business conferences, annual general meeting, press conferences, etc.
**Establish staff schedule, tasks assignments to ensure conformance with event objective and goals.
**Air and ground travel arrangements.
**Prepare budgetary recommendation
**Negotiate aggrement with vendors and sub-contractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
**Work closely with internal and external service provider to achieve event goal and objectives.
**Source venues, recommend and engage hotels, caterers.
**Work with communication staff to develop promotional advertising materials relevant to the event.
**Prepare event programes and confirm all necessary arrangement are in order.
**Identify all aspects of event risk and crisis management strategies.
**Provide post event analysis, review budgets.
**Budgeting corporate events with detail analysis on timeline, deadlines, etc.
**Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific project are delivered efficiently.
**Co-ordination with tour operators / travel agent, airlines, hotels, advertising agencies.
**Travel within and outside India at a short notice.

Qualification and Requirements
:
**Young female of pleasing personality with minimum 7 to 10 years experience in a event management or related field.
**University degree or college diploma in marketing, events or related field.
**A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and influence others, comfortable working in a team internally and externally.
**Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills.
**Proven negotiation skills with hotels, airlines and other service providers.
**Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses.
**Effective time management and leadership skills.
**Understanding and knowledge of mass communication including marketing, advertising and public relations would be added advantage.
**Sound creative and reasoning skills.
**Understand and be fluent in computer software application, such as, Word, Excel and Power Point.
**Ready to travel domestic / international.
**Familiar with technical, logistic and creative aspects of event planning and management.
**Ability to work under flexible and extended work hours.

3. Receptionist
Location : Corporate Office, Kolkata (India)
Job Description :
**Greet and and welcome visitors to the Office, ensuring they sign in the visitor’s book and informing the relevant members of staff of their arrival.
**Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image. Keep a record of staff and visitors singing in and out of the building.
**Operate EPABX phone system, receiving and transferring telephone calls, taking brief messages and passing these to staff members.
**Report telephone equipment and line faults to the Administration Head.
**Review and update on a regular basis the staff contact and telephone extension lists.
**Check and sign for deliveries, before informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival. Maintain proper records in computer.

Qualification and Requirements :
**Preferably Graduate.
**Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
**Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Words, etc.
**Minimum 5 years experience as receptionist / office assistant.
**Young presentable female with pleasing personality.
