5. Conduct internet search, product research, market research, survey and analysis

position : Team Leader
Job Requirements :
Age : 22-30
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 2-4 years experience in computer field
Language : Good command over English
Technical Skills : Familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Internet surfing. Good typing speed (Minimum of 30 words per minute)
Required skills :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Good problem solving skills
3. Leadership quality and efficient people management skills
4. Flexibility in working at any shift (Day/Night)
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for handling 5-10 persons
2. Prepare and submit work report of team members to Project Manager
3. Train and develop team members
4. Manage work assignments for team and ensures whether project schedules are met. Implements tools for team development (work authorization, tracking, defect tracking, traceability, etc). Report progress and schedule to the Project Manager
5. Establish application development methodologies, best practices, code deployment procedures and build environments to support team development
6. Put in additional hours at a short notice.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by manager

Qualification : Graduate or undergraduates in science stream
Experience : 6 months 1 year of experience computer field, freshers can also apply
Language : Good command over English
Technical Skills : Familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Internet surfing Good Typing speed (Minimum of 30 words per minute and 90% accuracy)
Required skills :
1. Flexibility in working at any shift (Day/Night)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
Responsibilities :
1. Indexing data from MSDS form in Clients database
2. Participate in special task and perform other duties as and when needed.
