Job Description/Specification :
** Responsible for preparing short term and long term sales plans / strategies (Region wise, product wise) of entire product ranges and ensure achievements of the plans without any variation.
** Achieving product sales and profitability by delivering customer required products, solutions and services;
** To design, formulate strategies to increase existing market share of the company’s products, expansion of the sales channels, developing new markets by conducting regular market research and surveys.
** To formulate and supervise the implementation of national level direct sales plans to achieve the organizational objectives.
** Driving sales volumes leading to improving market share;
** Preparing, providing direct input in to the Annual Operating Budget process for all product Segments for sales as well as Contribution. Ensuring that the segment wise Contributions are delivered by the sales team.
** Responsible for maintaining the profitability of the network sales function (product / segment / region wise and overall) in line with the set Organizational Goals and Business Targets.
** To ensure wider market reach & penetration in untapped markets, Exploring ways and methods to sustain and create new avenues to grow the business further with reliable network of dealers/ distributors.
The incumbent will be accountable for :
** Building brand and sales pitch;
** Delivering target top line; profits, cash flow and working capital;
** Supervision for flawless supply chain execution;
** New OEM, national distributor & new Segment development;
** Share of market and competition analysis/management;
Experience : 10-15 years
Job Locations : HO
Qualifications : Graduate, preferably BE (Electronics/ Electrical) with MBA in Sales & Marketing
Annual CTC : Best in the industry
Preferred Industry : Consumer Electrical/Inverter/UPS/ Solar Companies.
