Job Description
1. Project Set Up - Ensure project setup (Starting from Protocol Screening/Review to Site Supplies to ensure accessioning & reporting of the sample of the First Patient First Visit) for each contracted study

Meet internal time lines defined on the basis of Sponsor time frame for Initiation of the study. Study Specific contractual agreements to be considered & adhered too
2.Data Base Set Up - Ensure data base setup to meet Sponsor’s Electronic Data Specifications for Electronic Data Transfers for contracted studies
3.Interaction with Sponsors, CRO & Investigator sites for allocated clinical studies
4. CRS Audits - Assist the Manager-CRS Operations to facilitate the audit process by ensuring all documentation within CRS Operations is aligned towards the audit agenda. Liaison with QA & respective sections to ensure as successful audit
5. Study Progress- Monitoring of each study assigned to your team with respect to CRS Operations to ensure a successful data lock. Goal would be a 100% Sponsor satisfaction which would ensure new studies being awarded by the Sponsor
6. Addressing Queries- Interfacing with internal sections to address queries raised by Sponsor’s, Investigators, CRS Operations & BD Team within defined time frame
7. Induction & Training –
a. Induction of New Clinical Research Coordinators as per the CRS Induction Schedule
b. Training members of CRS Operations on Effective Communication Skills, Smooth management of the CRS Project, Sponsor/Investigator Query handling
8. Team Management - To ensure that the assigned CRS project team is kept motivated and aligned to the business objective of the SBU

Desired Candidate Profile
Person with 1 to 2 Years exp in Clinical Research as a CRA or Sr. CRA in a CRO or Clinical Trails Dept. in a Pharma Company.
Essentially a candidate with good communication skills & ability to manage a team. He/She should be have exposure to the basics of Clinical Research & prior experience in co-ordination & management of clinical study projects involving interaction with the sponsors, CRO & Investigator sites
