- Ability to Multi task and successfully manage a team of 100 personnel, which includes executives, scientists, group leaders

M. Pharm/MSc, preferably Ph.D ,with 16-20 yrs relevant experience in a Pharma Company well versed with ANDA development .

Company Profile
The Promed Research Centre was set up in 2006 by Promed Exports Pvt Ltd at Gurgaon in a 24,000 sq ft building to focus on developing innovative generic products for European and US markets.The Centre currently has over 60 scientists working on different ANDA and other projects.
Promed has been manufacturing and exporting specialized pharma products to the Russian and CIS markets since 1990 and has market leadership in many of its products. The focus has been on sterile products as Promed always believed in niche products where there was very little competition.Now the company has targeted the US and EU markets and has about 20 products under development for these markets.

The company has a state of the art sterile liquid small volume parenteral plant in Himachal Pradesh, India with the latest Blow Fill Seal technology.The Plant works in close co-ordination with the Research Centre.The Plant is designed to meet the most stringent international norms and complying with US and EU requirements.

Plans are under way for penetration into the US & EU markets as well as South American markets.

In future the company would like to expand further into difficult to make sterile products.
