Major Project Profile (Mold Design and Die casting design) :

Design and Detailing of Mudflap Front and Rear for Fiat (Linea).
This project was done from scratch. Few inputs supplied by the Customer, Benchmarking of different available Vehicles where done on that basis and based on the surrounding data we made the Mudflap. We did material selection and Tooling considerations for the same.

Pump Housing and Bearing housing :
This involved creation of the 3D Model from existing 2D Data. There were insufficient inputs and also we had to check for this component from manufacturing feasibility point. There were different casting related changes were implemented in the model

Design of the Manifold for ARAI.
This was a conversion project from existing 2d to3D.

Design of plastic components (curtain carrier).
Designed 7 multi cavity high production moulds for ball point pen sets, involved in the manufacture and successfully stabilized and achieved maximum production.
Designed many multi cavity moulds for curtain carrier project comprising a set of 7 components, after successfully proving the prototype mould and its components.

Onsite Project Profile :
Onsite for 3 months with client in Europe.
Supported R&D team for developing a standard process for Modeling and Detailing of the Pump Components, with Less Time consumption and parametric modeling methodology for Alfa laval Denmark.
