Job Description
- Legal review and sign off of all process manuals/process changes and introduction of new processes.
- All board and shareholder meetings and compliances under Company Law such as Share capital, appointment of managerial personnel, etc.
- Prepare all contracts pertaining to Our Group Company.
- All commercial leases including title search and due diligence plus
rural leases.
- All matters of agent hiring and termination.
- All opinion and advice on Income Tax/Insurance Act/Sales tax.
• Auditing & submitting the statutory compliance report pertaining to labour acts, TRAI, etc and improving the compliances in the circle.
• Drafting & handling labour cases, writ petitions, consumer cases by & against company, appeals, civil suits, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must have atleast a minimum of 6 to 8 Years experience in the related field. Candidates based at chennai alone will be considered. Must be open to take up assignements of any kind.
