To complete the store set up and property Management
Preferably from retail background

Job Description :
1. Develop complete design for the showroom that will include a comprehensive To conceptualize designs for the concept
2. Measurement of sites at different locations
3. Preparing conceptual layout plan for Brand approval
4. Preparing floor plan(s), exterior elevations, interior elevations, A/c diffuser allocation, lighting, graphic imaging (3D Presentation) and all material selections and presentation drawing and BOQ, as per brand standard
5. Preparing all detail drawing for execution of work at site
6. Getting quotation from different contractors and Negotiation with contactors and finalization of
7. Contactors preparing purchase order for different vendors
8. Identification and evaluation of new products / solutions, vendors, material to be used and finalization and cost effectiveness
9. Material Specifications and Evaluation and procurement of the material from supplier
10. Coordinating with architect on amendments of the planogram for each store based on the variations on site
11. Supervision of Site and Co-ordination with Site Engineers and Contractors
12. Giving feedback and project progress report to the HQ about the progress of the Projects
13. Inspection of sites and Check Quality as per standards
14. Hand over of site to operation team after completing all snags
15. Follow-ups for bills from contactors and submitting of bill to account Dept
16. Look after maintenance of completed projects
17. Monitor all new stores and refurbishments to deliver the highest standards
18. To deliver detailed specifications and drawings as required
19. Coordinating the fit out work on sites with various agencies including developers and on time completion of projects within the budget
20. Certifying of payments and, documentation of various vendors based on work done
21. To ensure all projects are scheduled according to a timeline
22. To complete all projects timely without delays

Brand Manager (1 Position) :
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Should be Graduate or Post Graduate
2. Atleast 4+ Years experience in FMCG/ Retail Domain with hands on experience in Brand Management/ Product Management
3. Should have worked in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Brand management, Product management, etc

Job Description :
1. Business Development : Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Provide full support in Sales Forecasting on quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis and ensure that targets are achieved
2. People Development : Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities
3. Engagement Management : Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing account receivables, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
4. Domain Development : Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. Planning, Organizing and Controlling the marketing and selling activities of the Company
