Career Summary :
The Product Manager for the SEKO Transportation Management System is responsible for analyzing business and best practices, product planning, development, implementation, support, and training; responsible for related project processes and project management. This includes managing the IT software product(s) throughout the project lifecycle, prioritizing, outlining customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with development, to deliver solid IT solutions. This position includes working with sales, marketing, development and support to recognize opportunities and meet or exceed customer requirements. Responsibilities also include ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Education & Experience :
**College degree preferred
**Experience in, and understanding of, supply chain and logistics, including Transportation Management Systems
**3+ year experience as a software Product Manager, preferably with an emphasis in transportation management
**Technical background, with experience in IT desired
**Demonstrated success defining and launching of products to market
**Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
**Ability to provide examples of, and at least one sample of a requirement specification that was delivered successfully in the past
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Work Environment :

Qualifications :
The successful candidate for this position will possess high integrity,. A minimum of four years experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required as are excellent communications and people skills, a minimum of 3 years experience in Import Logistics including Customs Brokerage & Transportation, experience with FDA, FCC, Lacey Act Filings, self-motivation and strong detail orientation and the ability to handle multiple priorities throughout the day.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree and have experience and / or strong interest in supply chain / logistics / transportation.

Name of the Post : Business Development Associate - DEN
Job Objective :
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and expands customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but will consider 5+ years of experience in transportation / logistics industry.
