Job Description :
**To handle end to end all matters pertaining to finance, accounts, auditing, payroll & taxation.
**To estimate funds requirements, forecast schedules, keep track of collections, give requisition to corporate on funds requirement, bank reconciliation on monthly basis in order to meet fund requirements.
**To support in preparing reports, help drilling down budgets, conduct analysis, provide feedback in order to support management in decision making.
**To negotiate with vendors ensure cost effective deals and delivery of products, comply with processes for procurements, comply with processes for servicing, approve purchases as per budget.
**To ensure compliance to all statutory issues, coordinate work with statutory bodies; manage relationship with the statutory bodies in order to ensure no adverse reports from statutory authorities.
**This function requires direct reporting to the VP.
