International Business Development Manager
This person is a standout among his/her peers, has the tactical know-how to do his/her job well already and is looking to move into a more strategic sales and marketing role while still executing like crazy. This is a role that will grow in responsibility and scope as the company grows.

The Responsibilities :
**Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop actionable customer insights that drive marketing strategies for customers.
**Be able to make 75 – 100 calls per day.
**Be able to train BDE’s and make them understand their roles and responsibilities.
**Conduct market research activity to gather information on prospects, competitors etc.
**Secure meetings with decision makers at target accounts by executing campaigns using telephone and email marketing.
**Work closely with the ClientCurve customer’s accounts teams in developing and managing opportunities through the duration of the sales cycle and also drive revenue for ClientCurve.
**Adept in articulating and passing the key message of the client’s solution to the appropriate target verticals and individuals within target organization(s).
**Assist in the development and execution of campaigns (e.g. follow-ups from events, direct mail / database campaigns, customer base programs, etc.) to achieve campaign / monthly goals.
**Track lead activity in Salesforce.com / SugarCRM.com / ZohoCRM.com contact management databases.

Skills :
**Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/B.Tech) / MBA degree is a plus.
**Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
**Willing to excel in Sales & Marketing area.
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Goal oriented, highly confident, self-motivated, ambitious team player.
**Willing to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
**Willing to work at any time zone.
**General understanding of Internet related technologies.
**Interested in learning and executing of consultative telephone based solution selling (e.g. Business Process Management, ERP Solutions, Data Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, offshore services, Customer Relationship Management solutions).

**In depth understanding of the marketing process.
**Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
**Ability to conceptualize, create and execute e-mail campaigns.
**Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
**Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.
**Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
**Track lead activity in Salesforce.com / SugarCRM.com / ZohoCRM.com contact management databases.
