WALK IN TEST/ INTERVIEW

Walk-in-Interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow/ Field Assistant will be held on 18.02.2013 under the time bound, non- regular & co-terminus as per the details indicated below;

Name of the Project :
1 Functional analysis of salinity stress response in Grapes
2 Understanding Rachis and berry elongation in response to GA3 application in Thompson seedless grapes using functional genomics approach

1. Name of the Post : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
No. of post: Two
Age : 35 years for men & 40 years for women as on the date of interview
Essential Qualification : M.Sc in ‘Biotechnology’ with 60% marks Experience of Working with RNA and basic Molecular biology techniques
Desirable : The candidate should have working knowledge of bioinformatics tools.
Emoluments : Rs. 12,000/- p.m (consolidated) +20% HRA
Duration of the project : Initially for one year and extendable up to three years or completion of the project whichever is earlier.

2. Name of the Post : Project/Field Assistant
No. of post: Two
Age : 30 years for both men and women as on the date of interview
Qualification : Essential Qualification for Project/ Field Assistant Post SSC (Xth) passed with Diploma in Agriculture
Emoluments : Rs. 5000/- p.m (Consolidated)
Duration of the project : Initially for one year and extendable up to three years or completion of the project whichever is earlier.
