Principal Responsibilities
**Sell mobile brand advertising to agencies and advertisers from concept through to execution.
**Increase penetration of customers across categories, regularly create a right mix of pipeline of short and long sales cycle customers.
**Forecast revenue from the target customer base managed by the candidate.
**Meet Revenue forecast month on month.
**Service agency customers extensively .
**Identify and map prospective customers in order to meet revenue targets
**Educate to potential clients on the benefits of mobile marketing and the advantages of Vserv over its competitors.
**Create awareness of Vserv.mobi media with brand managers.
**Build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

DNA - Essential Skills
**Ad sales experience with hard selling Online Media.
**Strong relationships with advertising agencies, marketing head/managers across industry like FMCG/IT/AUTO/BFSI/HEALTHCARE/TOURISM.
**Strong track record in developing leads, setting appointments and conducting face to face client meetings and translating them into revenue.
**Proven ability of effectively selling products/services and forging client partnerships over a period of time.
**Understanding on-going impact of technology on mobile media.

**Passionate about mobile eco system.
**Excellent communication skills, especially presentation skills with a knack for consultative selling.

Qualification : Master’s in Business Administration.

Digital Marketing Manager
Location : MUMBAI
Principal Responsibilities
**Responsible for developing, executing and delivering the company’s digital / online marketing strategy, planning and budget to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels.
**Responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, attracting new customers, search engine optimisation, and search marketing.
**Stay abreast of new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
**To be responsible for managing all communications to drive leads and ensure through gap analysis, appropriate support to correct performance within cost effective targets.
**Responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the company website and for the promotion and growth of the company’s web properties.
**Implement and monitor SEO to ensure high visibility in relevant search results and drive organic traffic.
**Analyse and interpret user journey stats in order to improve the customer experience.
**To work with the wider Business Development team to improve customer attraction and retention.
**To take responsibility for managing projects ensuring that they are delivered within budget and scope.

DNA - Essential Skills
** Proven experience in digital marketing in an agency or consumer branding environment.
** Exposure to B2B marketing.
** Excellent design aesthetic & copywriting skills.
** Experience of ROI driven campaign management.
** Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis.
** Additional experience in Print / Event management ideal but not essential.
