Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Working on in-house product development as well custom product development for clients
2. Analyze the RFP's and prepare estimation of efforts.
3. Ensure that projects are executed according to the process, quality, budget, and milestone standards.
4. Team management of IDs, Designers, Developers and QA
5. Project management/methodology experts
6. Agile/Scrum Master
7. Planning, Iteration, meetings, conduct reviews
8. Authors functional and design specification, provides technology leadership
9. Collaborate between all aspects of content development (scripting, storyboarding, testing, maintenance, new media design, deployment)
10.Standards and compliance
11. Evaluate new technology, innovation and industry trends
12. Hands on experience of making world class enterprise applications/products
13. The role drives the business value through technical innovation such as simplification, extensibility, supportability

Skill Sets :
1. Hands-on experience of creating product design, development and complete roadmap for launch
2. Design and Development of e-learning product
3. Project management tool
4. Scoping of project, planning, budgeting and costing
5. Web application technical skills
6. Server side technical expertise
7. System Architecture understanding is must
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, account management and leadership skills

Experience :
Candidate should have relevant experience of minimum 2 - 5 years with a reputed organization.
Qualifications :
Candidate should be graduate with minimum 60% marks in any of the following :
B.E (IT, CS, E&TC) / B.C.A / B.Sc. (CS) / M.Sc. (CS) / M.C.A

Responsibilities :
Understanding & assessing requirements.
Business Process Analysis
Checking and verifying business logic
Drafting software documentation
Testing of Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
Support, maintain and document software functionality

Non – Technical :
Strong Analytical Skills.
Good communication skills.

Designation : Senior Instructional Designer
Number of Position : 1
Experience : 5-8 years
Must be from E-Learning domain and played a role of Instructional Designer on senior level
Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline, P.G. in any discipline.
Diploma in English/Literature or Mass communication is added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Playing key role in product design, development and rolling out into production
2. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to create storyboard, complete design and give vision towards product development
3. Translate user needs into functional requirements
4. Collaborate as an integral member of the design and development teams.
5. Develop and maintain information architecture deliverables such as high-level site architectures, page schematics, navigation schemes, detailed site maps, wireframes, user scenarios, and prototypes

Skill Sets :
1. Instructional Design and Storyboarding
2. Ability to research and put strategy toward product designing from scratch
3. Ability to customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT
4. Knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503.
5. Project management tools
6. Multimedia authoring tools
7. Technical Writing
8. Understanding of game based learning, simulators etc.
9. Familiarity with SEO, Web site tracking and other analytical tools
10. Excellent communication skills (Verbal + Written)
