About the Role :
Develop platform specific content for clients and Windchimes Communications
Creating interesting & engaging content (Articles, Snippets, Contests, Polls, Quizzes, etc)
Will report to Senior Maven Content Strategy

Responsibilities :
1. Work in a team or individually to develop client's content route
2. Brainstorming with the team on creative avenues for project execution
3. Provide support to the agency by identifying creative execution opportunities on various platforms such as types of games, applications and videos
4. Provide support to the agency by identifying new technology for creative execution
5. Provide support to the agency by sharing and developing social media research
6. Seeking new partners for Windchimes Communications who can help in providing support in developing games, applications and videos. Also any other technology that can be integrated to social media
7. Create Case Study of International Campaign

Requirements :
1. 3 years in social media agency as a copywriter/content developer
2. Excellent command of English
3. Bachelors / Masters Degree (desirable in Mass Communications)
4. Good communication & writing skills
5. Good Knowledge of MS-Office bundle
6. Through knowledge of Social Media Platforms
7. Ability to work with a team and individually

Client Servicing : Associate Maven
Location : Mumbai, Gurgaon and Banglore, India

About the Role :
Will lead relationship management with clients and be responsible for planning and successful execution of projects
Will report to Senior Associate Maven

Responsibilities :
1. Work in a team or individually to plan & execute client project
2. Brainstorming with the team on creative avenues for project execution
3. Creating sector-relevant communities on social networking sites
4. Creating interesting & engaging content (Articles, Snippets, Contests, Polls, Quizzes, etc)
5. Coordinating with third parties for tools (videos, applications, etc) creation
6. Increasing traffic to the community and the number of members
7. Building conversations across social media platforms
8. Preparing Reports for clients on a fortnightly & monthly basis
9. Maintaining & constantly updating a database of important social media platforms, communities
Preparing Quarterly & End-of-Project review

Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of work experience in social media
Strong interpersonal, good communication and writing skills
